Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the PLNNR app, operated by CTRL-ALT-DEL-LTD. By using PLNNR you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to create an account. PLNNR is intended for parents and carers organising activities for their family.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The service

PLNNR helps families coordinate activities, including who is responsible for drop-offs and pick-ups. We may add, change or remove features over time.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use PLNNR unlawfully, don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the service or other people's data.

5. Families and invitations

When you invite someone to a family, they can see and (unless limited) change that family's plans. Only invite people you trust with that information.

6. Content you add

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the permission needed to store it and make it available to the family members you invite, so we can provide the service.

7. Availability and warranty

PLNNR is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it should not be relied upon as the sole means of arranging childcare or transport.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CTRL-ALT-DEL-LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of PLNNR. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using PLNNR and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
